So far I've had Atera miss two failing hard drives in workstations. The remote client isn't that great. I still used an old version of Connectwise Control, back when it was screenconnect and not subscription based. WebEvery month we are troubleshooting about 20-25 connections that show as offline in Atera. We then take a look in Screenconnect and the computer is now online. Atera agent is the one offline or just not communicating, not sure. I would be more apt to help Atera if the support was not so "cookie cutter" or putting the work load on us.
