WebMar 17, 2005 · They have the Harley-Davidson script on them instead of Screaming Eagles. They are the 49 State legal pipes. I had them installed before I took delivery of my bike. They put the air kit and rejetted at the same time. I have both exhaust, and have run both of them. Yes I had them tuned with a power commander tuner and in my personal opinion the V&H have a deeper more throaty sound.
