WebIt was really only when I started to use it I realized its limitations. It is far too small. I used 3 of the 6 trays for my first attempt and ended up with only 215g of dried food. It is also hard to clean. On the positive side it did do a good job drying the food and didn't take too long. I suspect fully packed it would probably take a lot longer.
